Adjusting the weight of the cream in two rows, closing the cream path using a solenoid valve when the machine is stopped, the machine's step sensor when the biscuits are cut off or finished in the channels, and adjusting the output of the cream weight by controlling the pump speed. In addition to the fact that all parts that come into contact with the product are made of steel, the pins soaked in cream are cleaned by plastic brushes. This machine has two wheeled steel tanks at the bottom of the machine, which are intended to collect biscuit crumbs and production waste. The quantities are controlled by PLC and HMI.
